The 2017 LACUE Exhibitor Hall Information
Rentals and Services:
Exhibit furnishings, electrical service, janitorial, graphics, installation and dismantling labor and drayage services may be ordered through the selected exhibit service provider. The selected exhibit service provider will send an exhibitor manual to all registered exhibitors with the required forms. All orders for special equipment MUST be made by Monday, November 6th , 2017 to avoid standard pricing fees.
LACUE is providing 1 wireless connection with 1/2 Mbps bandwidth per 10' X 10' booth.
If you need more bandwidth or connections, please call for a quote.
Exhibitor move-in hours will be outlined in the exhibitor manual provided by the selected exhibit service provider schedule. All exhibitors should be ready to open for the opening social that will be held in the Exhibit Hall on Tuesday November 28, 2017 5:00-7:00 p.m.
It is expected that you not break down your exhibit booth until 12:00 p.m. on Thursday November 30, 2017. All items which are to be shipped must be scheduled to be picked up on Thursday November 30, 2017. All crates and boxes to be shipped must be packed and ready for shipping with an attached shipping label. Exhibitors who have not contracted with the selected Exhibit Service Provider to handle their outbound shipping are responsible for making their own arrangements. This includes attaching a shipping label to your booth materials and making arrangements with a shipping vendor to pick up materials on November 30, 2017. A Material Handling Form/Bill of Lading will be provided with your exhibit provider invoice. This form must be completed prior to materials being shipped out via the selected exhibit service provided.
Information about shipping, including your drayage form will be included in the materials you will receive from the selected exhibitor provider. The exhibitor service center of the exhibitor information guide will have all of the shipping information and mailing addresses. Please use those guides and do NOT ship to the LACUE office.
All representatives must be registered and have an exhibitor badge for admission to the Exhibit Hall. A security guard will be on duty during the exhibit hours and overnight. You will not be allowed in the Exhibit Hall without a badge.

Registering Booth Staff:
Each 10x10 exhibit booth receives two exhibit passes. The exhibit booth staff can be registered on the exhibitor service center.
Our attendees enjoy receiving “free stuff” from exhibitors in their conference bags. If you would like to have any items stuffed in the conference bags, please follow the conference bag item instructions you receive in your Exhibitor Manual. Please also notify the LACUE office that you will have items for the conference bags or door prize items so we can ensure that all items are included. LACUE bears no responsibility for items lost in shipping or storage at the conference center.
Each LACUE Exhibitor is expected to provide a significant door prize for the Conference. Don’t forget to bring your door prize so it will be included in the Door Prize Drawing. Please notify the LACUE office on or before November 3rd of what door prizes you are bringing. Do NOT send door prizes to the LACUE office in advance of the show. All exhibitor door prizes can be dropped off at the registration desk upon check-in.
LACUE will refund 80% of the space rental charge for cancellations received on or before October 31, 2017. Cancellations received October 31, 2017 or later will forfeit 100% of the space rental charge to LACUE. LACUE reserves the right to occupy, resell said space to another exhibitor without any rebate or allowance to the cancelling Exhibitor except as provided above. All cancellations of exhibit space must be submitted in writing and will be applied on the date of receipt.
