Dr. Tammy Seneca
Tammy has served as the Supervisor of Information Systems and Educational Technology in West Baton Rouge Parish since 2006. She completed her Doctor of Philosophy degree at Louisiana State University in the fall of 2008. During the course of her studies, she earned a Plus 30, Educational Technology Facilitator, Educational Technology Leader, Supervisor of Student Teachers, and Parish/City School Supervisor of Instruction endorsements. She has presented at national, state, and local conferences on techniques to successfully incorporate technology into the classroom.

Dianne has served as the Chief Technology Officer for the Iberia Parish School District since 2001. She graduated from USL (now UL-Lafayette) with a Bachelor's Degree in Mathematics and Computer Science Education and a Master's Degree in Electrical Engineering. Before moving to the district level, she taught Algebra I, Algebra II, Geometry, Visual Basic and C++. Dianne has been on the LACUE Board for 9 years where she previously served as a Member-At-Large and Secretary.

Mrs. Stephanie Thompson
Stephanie Thompson is a Technology Facilitator for West Baton Rouge Parish Schools in Port Allen, Louisiana. She helps teachers to effectively integrate technology into their lessons and into the classroom. Her main focus is helping teachers to see that it is not about using the technology but HOW you use it. Having a Master’s Degree in Curriculum and Instruction, she is equipped to provide teachers with the tools they need to give their students deep learning experiences. She has presented at ISTE, TCEA, NSBA, LACUE, and other conferences on techniques to successfully incorporate technology into the classroom. She is an active member of the technology community in the state of Louisiana and serves as the secretary for the LACUE (Louisiana Computer Using Educators) organization.

Kim has served as the Technology Coordinator for the Calcasieu Parish School Board for the past nine years. She completed her Educational Specialist at Northwestern State University in 2004. She has certification in Principalship, Online Instructor, Educational Technology Leader and Facilitator as well as Teacher Leader. With 30 years of educational experience, Kim has worked in Calcasieu Parish as a Middle School Mathematics Teacher, School Technology Coordinator, Regional TLTC Coordinator, and as a Calcasieu Parish School Board Technology Facilitator before moving into her current position. Kim has served on the LACUE board as the President and also as Region V Area Director. Kim is an ISTE Certified Educator.

I am Instructional Technology Coordinator for St. Tammany Parish Public Schools. I graduated from LSU with a degree in Mathematics Education 1970, Masters Degree from Corpus Christi State University in Computer Science Education in 1981. I’ve been working with computers since 1980. I have taught school (mostly math and computer science) for over 38 years in Louisiana, Florida and Texas, including USL and SLU face-to-face; LA Tech and LSU (online). Previously, I was computer coordinator in Vermilion Parish. I also worked for Apple Computer, Educational Resources, the Education Technology Consultant for Dataflex, AT&T, Computer Curriculum Corp. and The Lightspan Partnership, Inc.

Courtney Bullock has joined the team at Kenner Discovery Schools as Education Technology Support. She earned her Master's Degree in Education and Technology from Pepperdine University. After 15 years as a technology elective teacher for grades K-8, she has served as Instructional Tech Support for teachers and district personnel. Throughout her career she has supported teachers by working locally with schools to presenting at Teach the Teachers Computer Camp, California Computer Using Educators, ISTE and LACUE. In addition, she taught college level pre-service teacher courses on Integrating Technology in the Curriculum. She earned a Teacher Mini-Fulbright trip to Japan for having a great idea for a global collaboration between students as they learn about each other's community. Her favorite educational app is Zoombinis. Her passion for teaching student's technology is inspired by the moment the students say “Wow!".

Leslie McClure graduated from Louisiana Tech in 1998 with a Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education and a Master of Science in Curriculum and Instruction. She began teaching in West Feliciana Parish in 1999 as a 8th grade Earth Science teacher. From there she moved into the computer classroom and was given the position of Tech Facilitator. Leslie worked closely with the Technology Supervisor in rolling out the one to one initiative in grades 6-8. From there Leslie moved to Network Instructional Specialist for the parish and was named Supervisor of Technology in 2015. She joined the LACUE board in 2018.

Melissa "Missy" has served as Director of Administrative Technology Services (Data
and Technology) for Sabine Parish School Board since 2008. She graduated
from NSU in 1997 with a BA in Elementary Education 1-8 and Special
Education K-12. She later earned a M+30 in Educational Leadership and
Educational Technology Leadership. Melissa has served as a middle school
and high school teacher, librarian, educational technology facilitator,
curriculum and instructional facilitator, and curriculum supervisor. She
has presented at the state and local levels, served on state committees,
and facilitated online courses in reading instruction for the LADOE.
Recently, Melissa has learned more about cyber security and cyber attacks
than she ever wanted to know.

Clint is a Network/Systems Administrator for Ouachita Parish Schools. He received his Bachelor of Science in Computer Science with a minor in Mathematics from North Louisiana University (now UL-Monroe) in 1997. Clint began working as a student worker in Ouachita Parish in 1994 as a sophomore in college. The next year he moved into a full-time Programmer/Analyst position while he completed his last two years of college. He moved into a Programmer/Analyst II position in 1998 and into his current Network/Systems Administrator position in 2000. Clint joined the LACUE board in 2017 as the Area VIII Director.

Susan Gauthier, Director of Library Services, works with school libraries in East Baton Rouge Parish Schools in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. She was previously the Library Media Specialist working with teachers and students at Sherwood Middle Academic Magnet School in her school district. She also worked as an Educational Technology Consultant developing and supporting several professional development programs at the Louisiana Department of Education. Susan has 26 years of experience in education, including 17 years in Louisiana schools and nine years of coordinating educational technology programs for the Department of Education. Susan was awarded the 2014 School Library Media Specialist Award that recognizes the outstanding contributions of a school library media specialist within Louisiana. Susan is a Google Teacher Academy Cohort #1 Attendee, STAR Discovery Educator, 2014 Lead PBS LearningMedia Digital Innovator, and a 2017-2018 Lilead Project Fellow.

Carol Mosley is a Statewide IT Project Officer who co-directs the Education Technology program and oversees the E-Rate program for the Louisiana State Department of Education. She previously served as the State's Director of Education Technology and E-Rate from 2008-2017 and as an Education Technology Specialist from 2002-2008 prior to the consolidating services and resources across state agencies. Carol is an avid proponent of dynamic 21st century learning experiences where highly effective instructional strategies utilize technology-rich learning environments to engage learners and ensure all students acquire the skills necessary to succeed in a digital society. Ms. Mosley currently serves as the Governor's appointee to the Louisiana Technology Taskforce and serves as the Louisiana Department of Education's appointee to the State E-Rate Coordinators Alliance, State Education Technology Director's Association, and Southern Regional Education Board. Carol has served on the LaCUE Board for several years as the Louisiana Department of Education's representative.

Melanie Talley is an Associate Director with P&N Association Management, a subsidiary of Postlethwaite & Netterville. She joined the firm in 2010. Melanie's focus has been association management and has worked with a number of different clients through her years at P&N. She primarily assists clients' volunteer leadership with governance, policy development and any challenges the association may be facing. With over a decade of association management experience, Melanie has provided a broad spectrum of services including membership recruitment/retention strategies and execution, event management, marketing strategy development and implementation, volunteer coordination, policy development, and strategic assessment and implementation. Jennifer Constantin is the Senior Association Coordinator for LACUE. Prior to joining LACUE, Jennifer worked as a sales and catering manager in the Hotel Industry for 10 years in New Orleans. She is responsible for the management of the association and acts a liaison to the board of directors. Jennifer is a graduate of Tulane University and Is an active member in Meeting Professionals International.
